I haven't gambled much for a long time now, I've had relapses but my time spent gambling has drastically been reduced. I'm very grateful for this but at the same time as I come out of the coma that was addiction. I can see the damage I've done, the recovery is a long long road, I'm close to £30k in debt now and ruined my career by losing 3 jobs back to back.

But aslong as I don't gamble, I am very positive that I can still turn my life around.

6 months gamble free, and for some reason gambling crept up on my mind again today. So I came back here to remind myself what gambling even £10 will mean for me.

Hi judderman,

That is an amazing progress and well done for coming here to help yourself stay focused!

We provide free counselling sessions that may help you come to terms with the impact gambling has had on you. If you wish to see a counsellor you may get in touch with an advisor.

Best wishes,
