So a year ago today I signed up to gamcare and I was a mess I had amazing support through them and 1 to 1 support also through NECA. Well it has been hard and I've had urges at times but I kept going and today I've been a year gf I feel so much better I just want to say to anyone struggling keep going 1 day at a time accept the help offered and put all the blocks in place. I thank God I turned to gamcare when I did .
