hi tash,

remember one thing my friend, gambling will ALWAYS end up with you losing money, even if you have a few interim wins and then start to feel hopeful and that gambling is a good thing, but it is not!

gambling is like a monster, it entices you, tempts you in, even gives you a few wins and hope. but because we are compulsive gamblers, we simply cannot stop when we win, each win only reinforces us to gamble more, so basically, we will continue to gamble until we lose everything, that is the only and sad truth of gambling.

my advice is just to accept your loses and walk away, (easier said than done i know) but that is the only way you will not inflict any further damage.

be strong and walk away from it.

Hi Tash

You are right- if you win you could end up losing a lot more. Exclude- dont think about anything else. That money isnt free as if you win you will carry on until you lose it and more and if you lose you will feel bad and then probably chase it- losing more.

Listen to what your gut is telling you- close it, forget it and draw a line under anything that has gone before. Start now to get your life back. Im 26 days gamble free and feel happier already xxxx Linda
