I'm 116 days gamble free but I've been under a lot of financial stress where I'm trying to pay off my gambling debts. I almost fell off the wagon today I had a little bit of money and I needed to pay a big bill and I was standing outside the bookies ready to gamble. Today was the closest iv been to caving since I stopped gambling it was awful I could feel myself getting all hot and anxious just thinking of doing it. I'm glad to say I didn't go in there but the temptation was awful I would have been so gutted with myself had I went into the shop! Just reading the stories on here and trying to stay strong and take each day as it comes hopefully all gamble free
