Merry Xmas everyone.
Just a timely message to say please be careful on boxing day. When I was gambling I found boxing day to be one of my worst days of the year. If your an addict and stuck at home for Xmas it is so easy to crave a normal day with all the shops open after putting on a smiley face on Xmas day.Â
I would ruin my January by losing all my money on this day. Bookies will tempt you with the usual fancy horse races they have and you will hear all the romantic nonsense that the TV companies spout each year ignoring the misery that betting causes so many.
Please slow down, think and focus on the new year. If you really want to stop use this site and people's stories to motivate you.
