I started gambling out of boredom 22 years ago.  It has sadly been a complete waste of time.  I have lost tens of thousands.  It was never worth the hassle.  I have now quit and feel so much better.   It has taken me 22 years to realise gambling is a con.   Bookmakers are a con.  They always win.  They make tens of millions out of customers,  aka mugs.  This is the painful truth.  Not sitting glued to a gambling website ,  waiting for a sports team or sports player to win,  feels so less stressful.  When I have been glued to a gambling site, I am not in control.   Now I am.  Bookies are blood suckers.  Give them nothing.  Do not give them your time.  They do not care about you.  You are money to them.  All bookies should be banned it is as simple as that.  Bookmakers are evil.  They have ruined my financial future.  It will now take me years to recover.
The national lottery isn’t much better.  That is a total con too.   Believe in yourself.  Take one day at a time and keep your money for you and your loved ones.  They are the ones that really matter.  A bookmaker gets the Ferrari,  while punters drive a clapped out old banger.
Life  outside of betting is fantastic.  It feels stress free,  relaxing and tolerable.   Inside gambling we feel worried,  stressed out and depressed.  Now I don’t gamble I am free.  I have self excluded.
