This has probably been mentioned several times in the past but for those who are not aware you are able to block gambling websites using the parental controls on your router.
I did it last night to see if it worked and it did - I am with BT and it was very easy. Yes, I know you can then remove it but it does take a few hours to take effect which is good thinking time. I suppose if you get a friend or partner to do it and then change the password to something you don't know it would be even more effective
The process will be slightly different depending on your provider but most will be able to do it.
