I like this weather, even if had to put gloves on ( I never do), I enjoyed my walks...esp today when sun was out.
Ohh..lil boy..5 years huh. Don't miss him growing up as they do in an instant! My nephew is nearly 13!!!..man where did the time go! They grow up before we notice, enjoy every minute of it...its something special to witness.

You're exactly right, SJB - my 5 year old is an absolute Dad. I'm an 'older' Dad and thought all this skipped me by; I feel lucky and priviledged to have had this experience.
Your walks ,SJB, are they through a nice bit of countryside, or beach?
Not too bad thx. Dance lesson with Mrs Bal then a swim and sauna.
Bit achy today. New gym yesterday. V hard workout
Countryside/ forests/hills/lakes for now. I moved further away from the beach but will definitely make my way there this year ☺
What's interesting Bal, is that '1000 days' doesn't come around that often. 10 days, yep, 100 days, quite common, 10000 days is a bit too far - so this is one of the biggest milestones fo your life. If you could give ONE tip, just one piece of advice, what would it be?
Gym is good Bal! I am thinking of some exercises alongside my walks. Would be good to get bk to running

Best bit of advice would be to accept the seriousness of the addiction as early as possible and accept that willpower alone will not cut it
