I am alright. No gambling today.
I think getting to 1st of January without gambling has helped take some pressure off. Maybe I had too much time off. Back working, keeping much busier as its easier to get to the gym.

I'm Ok, Day 150 today, and very busy workwise which keeps me out of trouble. Hopefully starting a new role soon, been 'coasting' perhaps for a while and it's good to have a new challenge now and then.
Gamblings always on my mind, but I've always got eff-all in my pocket so that's Ok 🙂
Like you, though, certainly miss the chat. Hope Gamcare get it sorted!!

I just try and keep busy and reward my self with little treats when required. The blockers are not all in place like they were but I am much stronger and know I can get through days, weeks and months without a bet. Not done a whole year yet though. Anyway, I now have access to cash and carry my cards but I trust myself. If I am going to recover I need to be able to carry a bit of cash.
