Checkin in. Day one.

I'm new here but not new to stopping. Given up and given in more times than I care to remember. Had 5k in my betting account 2 days ago, was at 1k yesterday. For the first time ever, I didn't use the last 1k, I withdrew it. Been chewing me up all day, thinking if I use it now, just one more go I might win my money back. Not that it would make a major difference overall, lost about 50k over the last 2 years. Currently in 9k credit card debt. They aren't having my money anymore. Gonna check in each day on here. Will join a checkin thread for 2016 too when it's created. I'm so stressed right now, can't believe I've given my money away. I guess time will help. I can do this.

Day 32! Still feeling rotten and in bed most of day. I really think if I didn't have Gamblock I would have crumbled by now. It's so easy to chuck your money away with minimal effort - just a wee click and a moments excitement leads to another pay day ruined. Keep up the fight my fellow CG's and take care xx
