Checking in. Still feel like rubbish, but not quite as rubbish as yesterday. It's Christmas Eve folks!
Checking in on day 21 the milestone of breaking the habit, I think this is true as not had any urges or thoughts at all.. I'm at a very low place at the moment with my father in law been given just days to live, but I now know that I didn't gamble when I was depressed or low, I gambles when I was happy or bored.... well done to all keep it up x

Checking in again. Got everything wrapped and under the tree. Cooked a gingerbread house from scratch this morning. House still smells wonderful. Would I have done that 18 days ago? Would I balls?! So here's to a fantastic Christmas and a prosperous 2016 which should be easy with no gambling.
