Hi Jack - It's dead easy - just go to the '2014 Challenge' thread on this page (Overcoming problem gambling). The first post from Mr Brightside explains everything; all you have to do is to post a little introduction about yourself and then each week 'check in' before Sunday. Then Mr Brightside collates and calculates and then provides a really interesting post each Sunday about the team's progress. Have a go!
