Hi everyone,

Welcome to the Forum’s new topic! 

This time we are thinking about “communication” and how that is a part of your journey.

We know that talking about experiencing gambling harms can be extremely difficult and come with lots of painful emotions. However, its also really important to have support and places to discuss what’s going on to not feel alone in it. So, it can be helpful to reflect on how we are communicating with others about this.

Communicating is as much about us listening and using empathy as it is about getting our point across..
