Hi Everyone,
Welcome to the Forum’s new topic!
This week’s topic is “courage”.
Reaching out for support and talking about gambling harms takes a lot of courage. So does taking every step of the recovery journey. Sometimes we may not feel that we have the courage to take the next step, so it can be helpful to reflect on times we have felt this way before and how we overcame it.
From your own experience….
How do you find the courage?
When have you had to be courageous before? What happened?
If you were feeling courageous in your recovery, would anything be different?
We would love to hear your reflections below!
