Hi everyone, I haven't posted much on the forum recently apart from the 2017/18 Challenges and the Christmas Challenge but am still an avid reader of the forum. Been here for years so feel it's time to give something back so to speak.
This will be very similar to the other challenges and will run until Easter Sunday which just so happens to fall on April Fools day this year. Going to add something slightly different to the challenge - Each week I will post a word and ask members to refer to it when checking in. For example - word of the week is 'Gambling' - Sam checking in for the week. Gambling turned my life upside down'. This is optional of course and just for a bit of fun and maybe some reflection, you can also simply check in with as little or as many words as possible. Milestones will be mentioned in the weekly update.
If you want to take part in the challenge simply post below. The 1st check-in will run from Monday 22nd Jan through to midnight the following Sunday. I will do the 1st weekly update on Monday 29th Jan. I will post up 'Word of the Week' this Sunday before check-in opens the next day.

Sign me up, I don't want any complacency creeping in and this will keep me going. Funny it finishes April 1st as April 2nd is my 2 year gamble free date so this challenge seems meant to be for me. Good luck, I'm sure the challenge will help you, me and many others.

Checking in. Thank you for this challenge Sam it'll keep my focus. So I guess I'm thankful for this challenge and for gamcare for its part in changing my life.
