I take responsibility for the many thousands of wrong choices I made in my gambling days, although it was me that stole, cheated and lied for year upon year.....sometimes it is hard for me to believe it. I dont dwell on it. But I know that since I took responsibility for my actions my life has gradually started to improve.

Thanks for the update and the shout out.
I'm currently frustrated that life isn't where I'd like it to be. The fact is life is tough but Im frustrated that I've missed out on so much and I am struggling to make it all right. I'm sure I'll get there but it's still a work in progress.
I am frustrated that the first two years on here were soo unsuccessful....

Frustration reminds me of that game that i used to play as a kid, and also the ones I played as an adult. I don't want to play anymore.
I am currently getting frustrated at the selfishness I see around me on a daily basis. People (non-CG's in personal life) who are happy to accept help but actively hide when it's their turn to step up. Ironically this is a character trait of a CG and I've no doubt at times I displayed these characteristics whilst gambling. Maybe the people I'm frustrated with don't actually realise their own selfishness? Maybe they don't even see it as selfishness as like us all we constantly hear the old adage 'look after No. 1' meaning themselves. Unfortunately too many stop at No. 1 leaving so much selfish behaviour.

Frustration is what is happening to my gambling demons at the minute as I deprive them by abstaining from betting..checking in for the week
I often felt frustration while on a gambling binge, havent felt like that for 90 days now ..... long may it continue. Checking in for the week on 90 days gamble free.
Im learning that frustration with my gambling past can only hold me back in my future, its done i have to let go.

Sorry thought I had already checked in, the weeks are flying by.
So for last week:
The frustration is the worst thing gambling brought me, I would be frustrated about the smallest of things if I was in a bad mood after losing a bet. It pushed me away from people and stopped any sense of enjoyment.
This week I am happy to no longer be in that place, I'm by no means totally happy yet due to financial stress and that will come over time but I realise what an unhappy place gambling brought me to.
Checking in day 43.
I am happy to say i have not gambled in 2018 and am now on day 93 gamble free .... checking in for the week.
