filling the void???

it's day 2 of no gambling. I'm feeling ok and by now I wouldn't gambled my wages but i made a promise to myself I wouldn't and I haven't.
however in 24 hours I've realised without sat on my phone spinning slots and wasting money I dont know what to do with myself.
what do others do. I always gambled in the evening now I feel lost.
any advice from others would be appreciated.

Get yourself down the gym....start using that active brain power to channel towards making yourself feel better and healthier.

Results are not instantaneous like our gambling needs so it’s also a good way to retain the mindset

I've done GOT already its a fab show. can't do the gym at the moment unfortunately I've lost so much weight through my worry and anxiety I'd waste away. last night i litrally ate through my boredom luckily it won't do no harm and I might have a reason to go back to the gym in a few months but not at the mo.
