I have recently installed gamban across all my laptop and mobile devices (3 months free trial but only a tenner a month after) and cannot rave enough about it. It has completely put a stop on me creating new online accounts and spending money and for this reason have been gf for 15 days. I have also banned myself from land based casinos to stop that temptation too. I do find with the blockers in place the temptation subsides and I don't think about gambling when out and about when before was all I could think about! I do recommend as a step to becoming gf.

Try GAMSTOP, it is great and takes the control away from you. I paid for various software, but you can over ride, by resetting your pc, or as I found, B*******g it up and putting it in for repair, the GAMSTOP device is from them, so stops your id from gambling. Good luck
