Can completely relate to this!! i remember the horrible feeling of sitting all night, sweating teary eyed and wishing it would end, either way i didnt care, and thats got to make u think its completely ridiculous what where doing!

Forget the losses, forget the horrible feelings and move onwards and upwards

We cant win because we cant stop!!

Yes and it took me a horrendous new low last Christmas. I was angry with my dad when he came round and it completely ruined the thought of visiting them at christmas. I then gambled in a state of despair and hit an all time low.

Then I finally did something about it. I had extreme lows before but didnt do anything effective about it

I still dont fully understand why it took me 10 months. Im a very private person and I had a thing about giving any details on an exclusion form. I finally realised gambling was killing me and that wasnt to be a barrier. I used my own methods to take control of that process and they didnt get every detail for possible identity fraud reasons.

I had to hit the rock bottom of running from the site because I couldnt face the truth then having the worst christmas I had ever had.

I finally did something I should have done 10 months or 10 years earlier
