So I have registered for self exclusion and all accounts have been closed, which has been great and no temptation to gamble.
Unfortunately, I was bored the other evening, realised I could join sites that aren’t registered for self exclusion etc and wasted a load more money 🙁 what else can I do. (I have excluded myself from these sites, but no there are loads more out there).

I think it comes down to willpower, there's no way to block 100% of the websites. There's always other options out there, as I know myself.

You just have to want to stop, you have to want that better life, you have to want to get rid of your debts.

Remember delayed gratification is what it is about, don't be tempted to pay off your debts fast, just know in your head it will take time to pay them off.

Know that savings and nice stuff will take time to acquire, but just know that the good stuff will be coming with hard work and the removal of gambling out of your life.

There's nothing better when you beat the urges, when you finally fight it off. Everyday is a battle, but you can beat it for sure. I see it as the devils curse and that he wants to ruin my life and I fight him everyday, sometimes he may win, but you can't let him control your mind for a single day as it only takes 1 gamble session to lose months of hard work.

Do it for your family and loved ones, be patient.

Hi, Gamban is also an option that will prevent devices from accessing any gambling website - this is a free service as part of your membership here I believe. But double check that.

I understand the feeling of being able to access when you thought you had blocked is a bad place, especially if you thought it would be a new start. I would really encourage you to speak to some of the team here. There are some good tips to help get rid of that little voice that says it’s okay, or accessing out of boredom.

It really isn’t easy, I hope you find something that will work for you.
