31 days gf is testament enough. Blowing a few hundred quid might have be the norm but this is the new norm a gamble free life. In reality you have just won today, your £200 up.

You might get that £200 upto a say £760 what do you do then cash out walking away if your anything like me you say I'll collect at £700 once there you then need to get that £60 back and before you know it's all gone and your depositing more to get it back.

I might be wrong you might walk away go home but what do you do admit you have been gambling again and book a holiday. No you hide it in the sock draw go back tomorrow and start the viscous cycle again.

Nothing to gain in having that first bet in my humble option

I'm okay, did my other favourite thing - eat! You are so right the winnings would have gone in the underwear drawer until the next day. I think most gamblers hide any winnings in their drawer don't you? Thanks everyone for being there, the urge has passed and there is no temptation now as I have had a drink so can't drive to the bookies - keep strong, the weekend is the hardest
