I made a post a few weeks ago talking about how I had no money 3 weeks before payday due to gambling and oweing a lot in payday loans. I had 4 days gamble free and was roped back in by SkyBets money back as cash if your horse loses in the first race each day of Cheltenham. The offer seems crazy to the average punter who is enjoying so recreational gambling - they essentially get a free shot at earning £100+ everyday, and if they lose, they’ll just keep the £20 in their account and try again tomorrow. Unfortunately for me who has a problem, I will get my £20 back and spend it on some other c**P, and then deposit another 20 or so, lose it and so in. I was paid £1300 yesterday and that’s my highest ever wage due to overtime, my basic wage is £550. This month there is no overtime. I will still owe £160 in payday loans, £50 phone bill and £250 rent - I need to be very careful. Yesterday after repaying some loans, my rent, phone bill etc I was left over with around £520. I now have £320. It’s been 16 hours since I was paid. Fortunately I have reduced my deposit limit so I can no longer deposit today and I can have a long think about what has happened. Also, I know this sounds daft but some company I have no clue of have taken £29 from my bank. I googled, and it has happened to a lot of people, I need to ring my bank but I can’t. I’m full of anxiety when talking on the phone and it doesn’t help that the person I will be talking to will probably look through my transactions and see payday loans and about £3000 in gambling deposits. And probably that I was gambling an overdraft too. I’m 19. I need to quit. Any advice? Just please don’t suggest GA because I simply cannot do that, thank you. I feel broken

Mate I’m 51 and ruined my financial life, don’t ruin yours.Self exclude from skybet and never use it again, I promise you now you can stop if you want to, I started at your age I’ve been bankrupt and I’m now in the biggest fight of my life.Is that what you want? Stop now and take control back, use gaming blocks and please don’t chase losses, it will make it a million times worse.you have time to get back on track, please don’t gamble.
