Have just watched "In Therapy" on channel 5 and I found it really interesting. It followed therapy sessions with Kerry Katona and addiction specialist Mandy Saligari. It wasn't about gambling, but I found it a fascinating insight into how a person's formative early years can lead to addiction. Kerry's childhood was more extreme than many of us will have experienced but it's still worth a watch. I'm sure it's on catch up or download for anyone who's interested.
Yes it was good, have said before Mandy is one of the best out there. Kerry is a pretty cliched addict, we all are. Degrees of pain all slide up & down on the spectrum. Her desire to control all situations to protect herself is a common theme i witness daily
