o*g messed up again. Still here after all this time, still gambling wrecking everything. So I had some couselling via phone from gam care and they said because of other problems I needed face to face. Got assessed etc and waiting for months for face to face higher level counselling. Just moved out of house because of a fall out. Been in new house 1 month. Was going to be my new start. Two days ago, the housing benefit finally got paid into my acct and o*g i've blown the lot, I was meant to pay months rent yesterday, 500 pound gone. What am I going to do. I've lost the will to live don't know what to do..... I have no one to help me or turn to.

I am sorry to hear that you are in such a difficult situation. You can always call the Helpline and talk to an Advisor who would be happy to speak with you. The lines are open from 8am until midnight every day. I am not sure whether you are waiting to have face to face counselling through GamCare or your GP. If it is through GamCare, it is worth chasing it but usually a GP referral takes a while.
Perhaps, also think about going to your local GA group meeting. You can find details here:
