If you're gambling on your Iphone, some people have had success with calling their provider and asking them to block any sites that require you to be 18 years or older. That would be a good step to take that might really help you.
Beyond that, have you thought about getting individual counselling, perhaps? That could help you address any underlying issues that contribute to your gambling, and help you work on ways to manage your urges more effectively.
