Hope you're well on this rainy morning. First im new, 24 and in need of some experienced help/advice.
I've gambled for about 4/5 years now, the usual bandits in the pubs at in betting shops, give my cards to family, self bared but i still manage to gamble, it's horrible - any advice on ways to help?

write a list with 2 columns: reasons to gamble and reasons not to gamble. This can help you see clearly that there really is no point.if all your winnings just become more gambling tokens and you never stop how you going to win?
