Hope you are well in your every day lives and struggles , nearly into October , where the year gone ?
i can,t get rid of the horrible urges and sucumbe to them win a bit lose a lot more , dont want to quit spinning around my head but im a CG and i know the destruction it can bring , felt it last night only lost a nifty £50 but the re lapses feel worse as you know you should nt be doing it but u do , i must enjoy it as much as i hate it and full quitting must come from within and im just not there yet

Hi Athena , good morning to you , time flies gotta make the most of it havent you ? and being skint and annoyed with yourself its not spending time wisely is it ?/ im 0 days gamble free and think thats why im not getting many replies , i been on this a while now and had great advice and keep falling of the waggon but i know what i am and what i like and we keep fighting every day
