Hello All,
l'm a 32 y/o chronic gambler who is just starting to get a grip and deal with trying to stop.
l live in north west london and due to keeping my gambling totally hidden from everyone l know, it;s very hard and stressful dealing with it all alone.
l would like anyone in the vacinity of north/west/central london who has a problem with gambling to help support me to stop, it could just be a txt here and there when l get the urge or to meet up and just talk about the problem.
GA meetings have helped but due to my work hours l can make them very infrequently where l live,
any help would be appreciated immensly.
thanks!
Hello solitude6,

Many of our forum users find that keeping a Recovery Diary here on the forum helps them to easily share online peer support, as and when they feel the need. So perhaps that could be convenient for you too, if work makes it tricky to commit to attending meetings at regular times.
The forum also offers community chat rooms 8pm to 9pm every evening.
Do feel welcome to talk with an adviser on our Freephone or Netline.
Take care,
Adam.
