I'm 4 days GF and feel so much better for it. My story is pretty much the same as everyone else's on here, started with a £1 Acca etc etc and after 18 months iv lost 12k. Iv managed to resist urges so far but I know weekend comes it will become harder to resist.
Does anyone have any good advice on how to resist them.Would be much appreciated thanks.
