I think it’s time to finally admit I have a problem, started off like it usually does just for fun & getting excited after a win and withdrawing it & being chuffed that I have actually won something, but then seeing urself deposit more money every week then every day. There was a month where I was winning constantly & it wasn’t just 30/40 pounds it was big money the biggest I had won was 1000 I was absolutely buzzing. I thought right no more keep the money you could pay off your credit card. But as always seen myself slowly deposit the money back in. I sat in my room one night and was depositing 100 at a time thinking to myself surely I have to win something. It’s a constant loop that your in and can’t get out of! I was just too greedy I wanted more and more but instead was chasing losses. Iv already took out a loan because I blew all my wages on slots & thought I will never ever do that again stressing over how I’m going to pay my bills, but where do I find myself again? In the same position as last time! Worked hard all month to blow all my money again. I’m so embarrassed I have amazing family & friends but I can’t bring myself to tell them! why do I do this to myself? It’s so hard! Iv blocked myself from 4 gambling sites & trying to get myself sorted!!!

I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling but I'm glad you've recognised you have a problem. I am in the same position, regularly depositing amounts I simply cannot afford and chasing losses. Using money I need for bills and now I will struggle. I resorted last night in registering with GamStop, I have check this morning and I now cannot gamble online, I've been self excluded from the. Scoring a sizeable win is the worst bit! I managed to not gamble slots at all for 2 months, then deposited a small amount on my birthday, won 1k, thought right, gonna bank that, set a deposit limit on this site and call that my 'leaving present' for quitting gambling.
