I want to gamble. I can not due to self excultion. But have noticed 2 arcades have opened near where i work, i am actually clucking to gamble, dont get me wrong iam not doing the woe is me thing, but i think i am angry that my logic and positive thoughts are shut down becuase of this sudden urge, its so frustrating i can not concentrate, #@#@ @#@# aahhhhhhh
I know that feeling too well, if I gamble again I'm going to record a video of myself after a loss and play it back when I get the urge. Like saying heres the result look u are demorilised, guilty and in a lot worse state than two hours before. Hopefully u wont get to the stage of making a video but if u do do it because we all know its the same result everytime a loss of a lot of hard work......
