I’ve just joined this group after seeing it online. I’ve gambled for years and never seen it as a problem but now I’m burning through cash that I don’t have and now putting myself in serious financial stress. I’m embarrassed as I’m constantly asking to borrow money which I pay back but then puts me so behind the next month. Some sessions I win but when I don’t I keep depositing. Tonight session has embarrassed me to my core as I’ve cleaned my bank account out. Support is needed

Thank you for sharing your experience. Admitting that gambling is causing financial stress is a big step. Chasing losses and depositing money you can't afford often makes the situation worse. Consider using self-exclusion tools, blocking software, and reaching out to a support adviser for guidance. You're not alone, and getting help now can prevent further financial and emotional harm. Stay strong recovery is possible.
