I know this has probably been said but there is help out there , its not like the old days were when you say you have gambling issues people just laugh and say get a grip .
I used the service to ban myself from all bookies in an area around the town I live, so far so good , not even an inkling to go in as i know i cant as I’m banned.
next thing , gamcare off free counselling sessions, call then I’m 3 into mine , brilliant they are you talking to people who understand what we are going through.
Most important thing in my opinion is , family / wives partners , yes at first they may be angry but there support is going to be there , a person to call when you need it .
Then there is this forum, not the fastest thing if you need fast help to stop you in your tracks but at least we can related to each other.
