Today marks 2 months gamble free for me. I feel better than I have ever felt as this is the longest I have ever gone gamble free. I don't have any sort of temptations, walking last betting ships genuinely just make me feel sick now. I think the reason I have started recovering was that I went on holiday to America in June, now all I want to do is save my money to go back year after year, which is really giving me the motivation to not gamble. I'm a student, I'vekst around £3000 in the last 9 months, but I feel very confident in my ability to not gamble anymore.
Just thought id share a bit of positivity, and try and show that the road to recovery is just around the corner!
Well done mate great news, i am a month today after the insanest binge ever on June 27th, my problem will be resisting the urge next Friday ( Payday ) , if i can be strong then i can move forwards. Keep up the good work Kelvin.
