Ok so i felt this could be posted in just about any part of the forum, however please move if necessary.

I am now 5 weeks gamble free, and hate it so much and have lost so much never want to touch it again. i dont want to go into all the details, this video has helped me when times have been hard, it has motivated me so much, every word in the video can be associated with this disease, it can help you too...the morning after watching this i was up at 5.30am, at the gym, i train, i work hard, i appreciate the small things in life, meals out, family time, a beer on a friday, earning that extra few quid or saving abit, im not out of the woods yet by a long shot, but i dont sit on my laptop 4 hours a night on roulette, throwing my life away, i admitted everything to the people i care about the most and broke peoples hearts and caused anguish and hurt. Sometimes you have to do what initially seems wrong to make things right.

please take 6 minutes out of your day and watch this and really listen to what is said, get up and go out there and make it happen, you can only help yourself, there is no pill, no magic potion, no easy cure. I wish you all the best with your struggles.

Love this, thanks for sharing, currently struggling with exams (on top of gambling issues) and was starting to think this isn't for me but I won't quit.
