I've been totally gamble free for two weeks and it feels amazing, im never going back.Â
Im sleeping better
Im spending time with my hobbies again
Im not missing out on social occasions because I stayed up all night gamblingÂ
I feel free and happy for the first time in a long time.Â
Ive joined a gym
 When I was walking in the mist I though I could win my losses back , I could just stop when I wanted. I couldn't do either. To me it came down to do you want to live or die.
Gambling isnt worth it i absolutely promise you that.Â
I have a long way to go but this is a startÂ

It’s really inspiring to hear how much your life has changed since you stopped gambling. A massive ‘well done’ to you for stopping after you hit your rock bottom. It sounds like things were getting really difficult for you with the debt and chasing losses.
It sounds like gambling had been hugely impacting your life in terms of time lost in particular. The activities you’re able to do again now are hopefully going to keep you motivated so you can continue with your recovery.
