Hi, I have been using my music to help people go through a tough time. Gambling can have an effect on us mentally in a heavy way that we would hide. This is about the understanding of how people feel and how we arent alone in how we feel.Â

Hi
It is a good subject understanding our emotions and our feelings.
Before sticking with the recovery program I use to react in such unhealthy ways.
My emotional triggers were my pains not being healed.
My emotional triggers were my fears not being faced or reduced.
My emotional triggers were due to my frustrations due to my unreasonabale expectations of people life and situations.
My emotional triggers were my boredom due to me not being motivatted in healthy ways in fulfilling my needs my wants and my goals.
My emotional triggers were my feeling isolated emotionally from healthy interactions with my self and with other people.
Being in the recovery program and giving healthy therapies I would reduce my fears, I would increase my trust and also feel more honest with my self.
In time in my recovery I would exchange my unhealthy reactions to healthy interactions with my self and weith other people.
In time in my recovery I would exchange my unhealthy habits to healthy habits.
IÂ live my life with very few fears today.
Love and peace to every one.
