Welcome to the Forum. It sounds like you are in a lonely place and struggling with a few things. First of all I am thinking that it may be good to get some financial advice. There are a few organisations you could call.
However, even when you solve the financial issues, unless you deal with your gambling addiction you may find yourself in a similar situation again sooner or later.
To help you manage the addiction, you can self-exclude from betting shops and install blocking software on your devices that would prevent you from accessing betting sites.
To help you deal with your urges to gamble, I would suggest you get in touch with GamCare on the Helpline or Netline and discuss things with an advisor. It is possible to arrange one-to-one counselling to support you emotionally with your recovery.
