Another GF day, glad to get my first weekend out of the way as that is usually where things go pear shaped! Just to confirm Mixer today will be day 4 for me not day 6 🙂

Hi Mixer today will be day 6 for me not day five as i last gambled on Tuesday :0)
Good morning everyone and, as Sbb posted earlier, let's not have a blue Monday instead let's make it a NEW Monday! This is day 4 of our challenge and we are holding strong.
Never again are we going to waste our time chasing shadows. We have found a way of guaranteeing a 100% payout - the GF system!
If we have debts, we will clear them (phone Gamcare for advice; you might be able to reduce them via a voluntary agreement or other measure).
For certain though, whatever our respective positions, we will start to see spare cash appear: loose change in our pockets; look at a bank balance that doesn't run for endless pages, or have big lump sums debited because we are NOT wasting time and money on this nonsense any more.
We are choosing LIFE, not misery, Keep strong! It matters to US, and our loved ones!
Thank you for checking in Katiecoo, dsh, Change, Wardle, caitesnan, Rhoda, KP and we all hope you and everyone have an enjoyable, peace-of-mind GF day!
Let's shout KP's refrain with clenched fists of determination:
We CAN and we WILL.
We CAN.
And we WILL!
Checking myself in
A rather successful night out Saturday with 0 gambaling done
Although I probably looked a bit daft drinking a milkshake. Whilst everyone was slamming the beer's down them.
A good price to pay to stay on the right path.
Just half a day left at work for me this year. Although the hardest days graft is unwrapping those vacuum packed kids toys.
Why do they do that?
Peace and love to all wise men and woman on the challenge
Remember keep your gold frankincense and muyrr in your families pocket over Christmas and into the new year.
I'll leave you with this
Apparently to be a recovering gambaling addict. You need to have good grammar. I'm not so sure but I wouldn't roulette out
Hi Dean0, good points you've raised there. Those vacuum wrapped toys... grrrrr. I opened a set of vacuum-wrapped headphones once with a solid pair of shear-like scissors and unwittingly chopped though the headphone cord/wires!!!
Interesting point about grammar. When I was a kid, a man knocked at the door and asked if my mum was there. I told him: "She ain't". He said: "Where's your grammar?" I replied: "Watching the telly, wots that got to do with it?" 🙂

Sorry for coming and going on chat...trying to resolve some issues and phone is manic...staying GF. Day 15 tomorrow, seems insignificant when I look at some of the big numbers out there. Looking forward, not looking to escape.
Monday was GF for me.
Up early Tuesday - very busy day at work, but get to day out the way and i am nearly there 🙂
Racking up the days with ease, but never complacent - I am a compulisive gambler - that will never change.
Every day is a battle, but one we can all win !
I am a last minute Christmas shopper, and remember the pain of last year well, ducking and diving to get the kids what they wanted, then having the pain of an even more barren January than normal.
Well not this time - Im looking forward to the shopping splurge on Friday, and seeing the joy on the kids faces on Sunday morning. My abstinence and financial planning mean that whilst January will still be January, i will have cash to survive it, and if all goes according to plan might well be in warmer climes by the end of it.
Regardess of the financial side of things, its the return of some self respect that feels best, and its no surprise that things are starting to go really well at work either.
Keep up the good work today everybody.
We CAN and we WILL.

Good morning all.
Still gamble free here.
Things are definately looking up with the ex as the 'ex' bit no longer applies!!
She also said she's proud of me kicking this nasty habit too. Yay!
Anyway guys just checking in to say I'm on the road with you all.
My attempt at a joke then.....
Why did the koala bear fall out of the tree?
Because it was dead.
