Thank you allainepo and sbb for your kind words. Sbb, in your own way, we want to see you GF in 100 days too!

It's my office Christmas meal today! No card, setting off with just £40 in my pocket (it's a boozy affair!).

Strangely, I NEVER gamble on this day, ever. Do I want my work colleagues to see me plough cash into a soulless box? Don't think so. And self-banned from the bookies anyway. Online all blocked. Day 16 here we come; right, Katiecoo?

Now, to make the best of my time I am going to be concentrating primarily on this thread, the WCAWW and Challenge 100 groups. I'll keep on top of it all, and let's do this everyone!

We CAN and we WILL!

Hey guys....day 1 of our 100 challenge....we WILL do this....together xxx

Day 6 of my personal battle and still feeling good....been pretty busy today organising last bits for Christmas so gambling hadn't even entered my head....felt a wee bit down last night, usual regrets, what ifs, anger etc on what this addiction has cost me but steely determination to get my life back is taking care of that....no looking back....just for today....no gambling for me!

Mix....I'm going to let my diary go and use this one to keep me on track....onwards & upwards to all if us!

WCAWW - 100 Days.........let's do this!

M x

*** 100 DAY CHALLENGE ***

Right everbody! We're all on Day 1. SC, great post and loving your determination.

Here we go. We're coming up to a difficult time for all of us, tempation and all that. But we are NOT going to buckle.

I am back from my Christmas Meal, earlier than usual. I decided that, unlike every other year, I will not get too drunk. Stop whilst I've had a few and still happy! Which is what I've done. Home now!

Let's do this. I think we all can personally 🙂

WCAWW 🙂

Yo mix.
Well done mate. Leaving early with a clear head is really good idea.

Not being clouded by alcohol and then fuelled to bet.

Day 14 for me tomorrow! Unbelievable! 2 weeks without any form of gaming.

So proud of myself. And proud of all you guys aswell.

We CAN and we WILL.

Hi KP,

Great to hear from you and a great post as usual.

2 weeks tomorrow - IMMENSE achievement, my friend.

I felt a little low today, don't know why, but you have cheered me up !!!

There are going to be highs and lows on this journey but we must ALL grit our teeth and NOT buckle.

WCAWW - we MUST!

Quiet day on the Bal front.

Worked from home then prepared dinner for the family. No urges to gamble.

We must all use this forum to post our thoughts (good or bad) when we want to.

To quote an individual who has supported me greatly in my journey (thanks ktf)

Its better to ramble than gamble

And tomorrow we all are a collective 2nd day into our 100 day challenge.Well done everyone.
We push for a better life, a calm life , a family life, not an empty gambling soul life full of anxiety, stress and a bleak outlook. We owe it to ourselves to beat this awful cycle of self destruction.
