Hi pol,

And if you had of placed that bet and won, would you have stopped there? Would you have actually got your fix for the last time, NO my friend, the whole process would have started up again, :(((

Well done you on actually winning for real, by abstaining, :))

Keep strong, positive and keep safe.

Day 26 gamble free, Well it's been a stress weekend and I've felt low and I think this is why I gamble as the urges are mega strong, I seen myself last night watching roulette on TV placing bets in my head, didn't gamble but feel I'm letting myself down even thinking about it, just need to fight this addiction, it's affecting my mood with fionnce I can't carry on like this, hope all had a good weekend

Keep strong pol, your mood will soon lift, we would not be normal (whatever that word is) if we started recovery, without any regrets or remorse for the damage we have done to ourselves and our loved ones,

Keep pushing through, you are doing just fine, (try not to watch any gambling) it keeps the addiction active :(((

Take care,

Suzanne xxx
