Hi everyone
i thought I would post in here just incase someone is reading through like I was before I'm now 2 months free from gambling I feel amazing about it my counselling finishes tomorrow which has been brilliant for me I know it's not for everyone but it was so hard to phone and put myself through it but has worked out great I'm so determined to not fail and to not go to that dark place one way I look at it now is as a gamblers we like winning but looking at it everyday I'm not gambling I'm winning . I'm wishing anyone who reads this the strength to beat this addiction you can do it your stronger than you think.
