I can testify that its really hard and today i felt like i wanted to smash someones face.
I stopped smoking and gambling 9 weeks ago,i spoke with family ,friends, and asked all of them to help me beat this monster called gambling addiction,self exclusion,no cash cards,no money ,no id,that's how i found my way to this 9 weeks,small steps,i got urges during the day,cigarettes and gambling and sometimes they come strong,i couldn't care less...today i felt anger ,tomorrow i will be quiet and happy!!thanks to all!
