Probably one of the hardest things having to face yet but i can say II have been over a week without a bet.

SMall steps forward but the support from my partner helps.

I do have access to money and have my bankcard as I dont see the point of handcuffing. I can only get through with willpower and knowing I have chosen not to have a bet each day rather than someone else preventing it.

whatever works , as long as it works it does not matter , i think giving somebody your cards is a good idea though if you just cant not bet as this will still save money that you would otherwise loose , but if you can do it and keep hold of your cards then all the better , ive still got my cards , and as soon as ive paid off my credit card thats getting cancelled , i cant wait for that time , but obviously i still have a debit card but if i can carry on abstaining then ill keep it but i have said to myself if i bet again apart from the one lucky dip lottery ticket i buy each week , then i will be giving my cousin the debit card as she would keep it quiet and would be strict with me , she does not know yet and hopefully she will not need to know as i intend not to ever have another bet . we must keep strong , nearly the end of another day so well done to us both
