Hi DP. As you say there is that feeling in a morning. The feeling which lifts your spirit up and sees you through the day. You HAVEN'T gambled and kept your soul intact. Alcohol can play very negative part in this recovery, it can make the road slippery and i am sure you are well aware of that. So day 81 arrives, all well in the world of non punting !
Haircut today , well what i have left and then watching the footy. So hope chelsea batter liverpool, then my beloved west ham take on the villans ! types of games we need to win if we are going to push on.
Weather shocking but hey hum, it wont break my resolve ! i made that choise and every day is a winning day for me now and my family. Have a great Saturday everyone, Dark Place

Great night at Celtic manor yesterday with my beautiful wife. Now back home and resting, no thoughts of gambling anymore, only thoughts of living a happy life.

Sat on a bed in my hotel in Finland, still recovering from last nights drinking exploits !
Well 90 days chalked up and not even the slightest thought of a bet, something is different this time, i can really feel it. I think my heart and sould has finally had enough of the anguish and pain that gambling brings. Back in the UK tomorrow and see my lovely family. Have a great day/evening everyone.
