Been very busy travelling in Scandinavia, absolutely no time for gambling. Getting stronger by the day, feeling so much happier in my life, both work and at home.

Edging closer to the 100, its amazing to realise that i have gone to the cliffs edge and found the greatest amount of inner strength that i knew deep down i had. What is it that stops us being able to arrest our compulsion so easily ? i remain on course to change the rest of my life and most importantly my beautiful wife and special children's lifes too.
I commend the Bear for being on 95 days, he deserves all the happiness he is now starting to enjoy.

See good friend last night, been too long ! battling his own demons from the hell of gambling but doing brilliantly. So great to see.
So another day chalked up, my life my soul my raison detre ( think correct spelling) is changing. This time for good.

fella a hundred days living life without the self gifted mind f**k of that first punt,it feels great doesn't it??,you are winning my dear friend and the best part about it is the stake is free.
I do believe that the value of those accumulated gamble free days becomes more valuable than that first all important punt at some point in every ones recovery,so for you fella it is now three figures worth of pure determination to change your own life,for me you simply could not find odds to match it.
