Hi Forrest,

Well done on 4 weeks that is brilliant and you will get lots of support on here. Keep strong and stay focused and you will achieve what you want. Take it one day at a time

Take care and best wishes

It's Tuesday day 29 and for today I will not gamble no real urges yet but then it's very raw still in my mind and I hate the bloody machines which so easily made me want to end my life for all thespain and misery they and I put myself through. Today is another day in my recovery and as long as I stay free it'll be a good day x

Stay strong forrest a life without gambling is definitely better than a life with it. Even if you are bored and think one bet wont hurt. Don't do it because we no what the concequences are we just cant stop at 1.

day 31 today and things are ok...no urges and off to GA meeting tonight and my partner is coming to for the gam anon meeting to give her help and support too. To think 4 weeks or so ago there was no hope or to me it certainly felt like it and now just a few weeks gamble free there is every hope!!! Hope you all have a gamble free day x
