Thank yo you both things are going well 133 days ago I was in the worst state I could have thought and now I feel so much better my life is starting to piece together I'm happier I'm calmer and that's not to say I am not still vulnerable I always will be i just feel better equipped to deal with certain things now 🙂

Thank you so much for your message, it means a lot and strengthens my resolve even more now.
You were the first person to post on my diary, and yes we have been on this journey together, whether we post or not, we are continuing this roller coaster ride of recovery.
You know a tenner would not have sufficed the addiction, you would have probably emptied anything you could get your hands on like me, I am genuinely and soo pleased you came to this forum instead, it gives us time to say no,
The urges will continue Jess but as we get stronger and wiser we can override them, because we simply don't want to waste any more of our lives, which we do, by losing even more money.
Proud of you for not letting it in, you are on an amazing 138 days now, just think why do I want to lose money, which then makes me feel S***e, and puts a light to dynamite on my life.
Stay strong girl, losing all your available cash now is nothing to what you will feel if you feed it.
