I am back was given up so long and then fell off the wagon. Totally gutted with myself. I need to stay on this website. It’s so important to what I want to achieve now. Chasing my losses stops now. If I stop gambling and don’t have a lose I can’t chase it. I never thought I could get myself in this position. Starts with losing £10 then try an win it back. End up down £500 for trying to win back £10. Dosent make sense in anyway but when chasing it means everything. I want to support other people and other people to support me
Nearly day 1 over. Been a hard day. A few urges with today being payday. Stayed busy and focused on why I am here again. I need to do this an stay gamble free. I deserve better in life, I suffer from bad health and life is to short chasing loses everyday. On to day 2. Staying focused and motivated for a new start.
