It is scary Alan and then numbers are the tip on the iceberg.

I've gone out for a pint and while some people know my plight not everyone does and 4 people have asked how I've done today the first question they asked me so that says something if hoe they see me. One lads girl has just won £64 on a quid machine type game looking back that's the sort of way I started her dad knows my plight I will have a word later just to be careful felt I had to get away for a minute so came out for a cig time to go back now and dodge them flashing lights

Hey,

Try not trying to get to a certain day, week, month, we don't have to rush recovery:)) it's a part of our lives now:))

Just make that choice every day, it takes a load of weight of expectations from ourselves,

82 days is a fantastic achievement, keep strong, and believe in you:)))

Day 85

Thanks Alan and congrats again.

It's been another good day work is quiet but always does this time of year kept myself busy by setting the annual quiz the annual Christmas quiz normally it's a Christmas theme but this year went for a quiz of the year 3 question from each month and even sarcastically popped name the grand national winner for one the April ones. Just about to make something for the works Christmas buffet tomorrow I've been drawn out to get rice salad I'll make it instead of buying one can't se anyone eating it, rice salad what's the point in that.

Really looking forward to tomorrow night as well I've got my lad staying over watch a few films and a good catch up.

I think that is the most positive post I've put up so I'll take that and bud you all fair well KTF

Day 87

Had a fun night with Jacob last night watching some tv end up watching the Goldbergs which I found quite funny, nothing better than listening to him laughing his head off. We even ended up making a mug cake so easy to make and tasted delicious all made and cooked in 5 mins.

Dropped him back off this morning as he's of on a trip to see his Nan before Christmas and I am taking him out for some tea later while his mum tries to recover after a night out last night. She looked a bit tough when I took him home this morning.

Have a good weekend all and don't give into them urges im sure I won't
